Our client was founded in 1998 and is a leading women s healthcare group with 110 locations and over 400 OB / GYNs and specialists across the country. The OB / GYN role is full scope practice and located in Mesa, AZ.

Salary and Benefits :

• Sign On Bonus : $100,000
• Paid out in one lump sum or choice of spreading it out as a retention bonus over 5 years
• Base Salary : Aggressive compensation package per MGMA guidelines and based on years of experience
• Relocation Assistance Yes, amount determined case by case
• Additional Compensation : Productivity Model with a 3x annual salary threshold
• PTO : 25 Days
• CME : 5 Days with $2500 allowance

Responsibilities :

Monday Friday 8 : 30 5 : 00 PM

In Office Services :

Labs, D&C / Suction, Polypectomy, Hysteroscopy, Myosure, Endo Cryo Ablation, Leek, Cryo Cervix

Hospital Call 1 : 7

2 Physicians and 4 APP s at this location

Admitting hospital is Banner Gateway Medical Center

Level II NICU , MFM Onsite , Anesthesia Onsite , 13 L&D Rooms

Complex / Invasive surgeries including robotics

Requirements :

MD / DO

Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona

Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain

Board eligibility in OB / GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required; board certification is required within 5 years of achieving initial eligibility and ongoing employment is contingent upon this

Current BLS required
