Job Description :

This company is looking for top candidates to fill their open position of  Sales Representative . We are partnered in helping a growing and well-established commercial restoration company find qualified and talented individuals like yourself. They are interested in highly motivated and proactive individuals to fill their open role of  Sales Representative  with extended experience in either commercial / residential restoration. This role is an urgent need, and qualified contacts will be contacted ASAP!

Requirements :

• Leadership role aimed at helping take the business to the next level
• Company has a strong local reputation and prioritizes team culture
• Close-knit team with leadership that values independence and initiative
• Role is blended : combines sales and relationship-building responsibilities
• Requires building relationships with plumbers, electricians, and trade partners to bring them under contract
• Ideal for candidates with sales and / or marketing experience in the restoration or construction industries
• Must have a strong restoration book of business (plus if it includes property managers)
• Looking for a self-starter who doesn’t require micromanagement and takes ownership from day one
