Summary
The position is under the general direction of the Director of Rehab. The main focus of the position is to oversee the successful operations at individual rehabilitation centers while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with the physicians and staff of the medical group.
Responsibilities
Exceptional Patient CareDirects Daily Practice management of FacilityAssists in professional development of all Clinical and non-clinical staff membersCoordinates communication between all Divisions of IBJI, including physiciansResponsible for Annual Merit as well as Bonus reviewsMaintains good relations with Medical, MRI, and Corporate division of IBJIGuides internal marketing efforts and "cross clinic" marketingSustains QA and HIPPAA compliance as provided by CorporateSustains Documentation and Clinical Compliance standards set by IBJI corporateOversees quality of care provided to patients in the clinicAssists in staffing and hiring initiatives and promoting low staff turnoverProvides input to Director of Rehab for Budgeting and Fiscal health of clinicMonitors clinic employee time off, supply ordering, Capital expenses, and general utilization in clinic to improve all aspects of Service DeliveryWorks with PSC on site to maintain high customer service goals within the administrative aspect of the site to promote a positive patient experienceGood understanding of PMM and Supply management within clinicGood understanding of PSFS / Outcomes management in clinicPromotes teamwork atmosphere through appropriate interpersonal relationship with all staff levels.Follows the established guidelines of the physical therapist job description in relationship to direct patient care.Able to maintain 60-70% productivity in terms of patient volume, etc in addition to dedicated duties and responsibilities.Requirements
Graduate of accredited Physical, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapist Assistant ProgramProfessional and Effective Communication skillsCurrent CPR certifiedAbility to work in fast paced environmentAbility to lift greater than 25 poundsDemonstrates good understanding of proper body mechanics for lifting, pulling, pushingAbility to be stand and sit for sequences of time greater than 30 minutesAbility to work on a computer for lengthy times during the dayBase salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills and relevant experience.
