Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist :

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Collaborate with PTAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.

Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies.

Ensure safe, evidence-based practices throughout care delivery.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of PT experience.

Active Kentucky PT license (or eligibility to obtain).

Current BLS certification.

Strong patient-care, assessment, and communication skills.
