7425 W Azure Dr Ste 150 Las Vegas, NV 89130 (Centennial)

Responsibilities :

Conduct new patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Educate patients on health management

Requirements :

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nevada

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care

Bilingual in English / Spanish a plus
