Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the logistics and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Pay Range : $70,000 - $90,000

Shift : Monday through Friday with work from home available

What's the Job?

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations specialists responsible for inbound logistics, outbound coordination, and customer escalations.
• Manage and optimize the performance of 3PL and carrier partners to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
• Execute strategic projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Analyze data on carrier rates, transit times, and inventory accuracy to identify opportunities for cost savings and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with customer experience teams to resolve operational challenges and improve the overall customer journey.
