Retirement Plans Specialist

A company is looking for a Retirement Plans Specialist to support the administration of complex retirement plans and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and oversee retirement plans, ensuring compliance with ERISA and IRS regulations

Analyze retirement plan performance and recommend enhancements for efficiency and participant outcomes

Serve as the primary contact for retirement plan inquiries and educate employees on their options

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field

5 years of experience in retirement plans administration and HR

Experience with retirement plan software and compliance tools

Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS), PHR, or SPHR preferred

Strong understanding of ERISA and IRS guidelines
