About the Team

Enterprise AI / ML is powering real-time intelligent banking by introducing new AI / ML capabilities and safely scaling business-led innovations. This horizontal platform team builds intelligence capabilities spanning distributed compute technologies control plane operations and cost management directly engaging with users of Capital Ones largest AI & ML platforms to understand and solve complex technical and operational challenges. We drive transformative solutions in partnership with engineering risk security and business teams to ensure that rigorous governance security resiliency and availability requirements are met. We are seeking a Technical Product Leader with a proven history of building exceptional products and experiences for technical users like data scientists ML engineers and software developers who is capable of bringing a fresh innovative perspective to influence and shape the platforms and tools that thousands of engineers use every day to deliver intelligent personalized customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications :

At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date :

A Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Economics Operations Research Analytics Mathematics Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering Mechanical Engineering Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

A Masters Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics Economics Operations Research Analytics Mathematics Computer Science Computer Engineering Software Engineering Mechanical Engineering Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Cambridge MA : $193000 - $220300 for Sr. Mgr Product Management

Chicago IL : $175500 - $200300 for Sr. Mgr Product Management

McLean VA : $193000 - $220300 for Sr. Mgr Product Management

New York NY : $210500 - $240300 for Sr. Mgr Product Management

Richmond VA : $175500 - $200300 for Sr. Mgr Product Management

San Francisco CA : $210500 - $240300 for Sr. Mgr Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
