Corporate Counsel

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Counsel to join Bitdeer’s in-house legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel and US Lead Counsel, you will be a key part of our legal department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate has experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department and is comfortable with a wide range of legal support tasks.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Contract Management : You will draft, review, and negotiate various legal contracts and documents, including commercial agreements, NDAs, and licensing agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and legal standards.
• Legal Research and Analysis : You will conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on a wide range of topics, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate law, to support the legal team’s decision-making.
• Corporate Governance : You will assist with corporate governance matters, including the formation and registration of new entities and the preparation of corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, and other records.
• Contract Management : You will support the contract management process in the US and Canada, including internal approval process, conducting due diligence, drafting and handling correspondence.
• Proofreading & Quality Control : You will meticulously proofread legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy, proper grammar, and adherence to company and legal standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : You will serve as a liaison between the legal department and other internal teams, as well as with external parties, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
