Job descriptionDevelop Personalized Treatment Plans Educate Patients Utilize Advanced Diagnostics Collaborate with the Team Maintain Accurate Records Stay Informed Be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner. Hold certification as NP-C Possess a current state license as a Nurse Practitioner Minimum 3 years of experience as Nurse practitioner. Have familiarity with IV Therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Medical Weight Loss treatments. Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Duties & Responsibilities :
- Deliver Patient Care
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical history reviews, to accurately diagnose and manage a variety of health concerns.
Design and implement customized treatment plans incorporating services such as IV Therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss (e.g., Tirzepatide), and more.
Clearly communicate care plans, lifestyle changes, and wellness strategies to help patients achieve optimal health.
Order and interpret diagnostic tools, including EKG, ABI, TM Flow, and Spirometry, to inform patient care decisions.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, nurses, and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Document patient information in eClinicalWorks (eCW) while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in functional and preventative medicine.
