What You'll Do
- Day-to-Day Support + Admin
- Manage daily communications, including emails, texts, and CRM check-ins (birthdays, milestones, anniversaries)
- Plan and prioritize weekly and monthly workflows for lead generation, client touchpoints, and events
- Assist with regular trainings, backend process support, and office organization
Marketing + Client Experience
Draft newsletters, manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and handle postingCoordinate client concierge services (transportation, reservations, moving support)Design and execute post-closing marketing campaigns (farming, print materials, sphere outreach)Event + Community Engagement
Support the planning and execution of open houses, broker tours, and appreciation eventsResearch local events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to increase brand presence in the communityKeep the team updated on city happenings (restaurant openings, civic events, market shifts)Client Management + CRM
Assist with building and maintaining CRM (adding clients, tracking both sides of a transaction, and maintaining nurture campaigns)Follow up with past clients and leads at every stage of the sales funnelDevelop and maintain SOPs, templates, and onboarding documentation for smooth team operationsBuyer Support
Schedule and host showings, coordinate inspections, write offers, and support clients during escrowCustomize and deliver closing gifts, arrange key / lock changes, and assist with home warranty selectionBuild Compass Collections, set up buyer consultations, and develop website / video content for BRBCSeller Support
