Our Partner is Hiring : CAD / CAM Programmer – Architectural Sheet Metal
Location : Fresno, CA
Compensation : $25.00 – $36.00 / hour DOE
Schedule : Full-Time

Our partner, a growing, locally-owned architectural sheet metal contractor, is looking for a CAD / CAM Programmer to join their high-performing team. What Success Looks Like in This Role :
- Program Accuracy : Achieve and maintain 99% accuracy in sheet metal part programming to reduce waste and meet exact specifications.
- File & Order Management : Ensure all part files and programs are up-to-date and ready for production and client needs.
- Problem Solving : Proactively resolve programming or fabrication challenges alongside production and leadership teams.
- Production Support : Assist in special projects, maintenance tasks, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ownership & Initiative : Recommend process efficiencies, spot potential issues before they arise, and contribute new ideas to improve quality and output.
What You Bring :
Proficiency with CAD / CAM software (Bysoft, SolidWorks preferred)Ability to read and program from blueprints, sketches, and detailed specificationsExperience reverse engineering parts for manufacturing useStrong technical aptitude with a focus on precision and dependabilityA team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support other production areas as neededPreferred (But Not Required) :
