A company is looking for a Workday Integrations Specialist with experience in Kenexa.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and support the HR Information System (HRIS) for data accuracy and system integrity
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems, troubleshooting issues as needed
Manage the Exit Management Portal to automate workflows related to employee separation and improve the offboarding process
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3-6 years of experience in HRIS management and Workday integrations
Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and other integration tools
Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly offboarding and exit management
Experience with ticketing systems and change management processes is a plus
