Job Details :

• $0.50-$0.52 per mile
• NYC stop pay : $47.50 per stop
• Drop / hook pay : $17.50 per drop
• Lift Gate stop pay : $30 per stop
• Live stop pay : $17.25 per stop
• Refused delivery : $15 - $47.50
• Off account work : $160 - $450
• Detention pay : $15 / hour after 2 hours
• Trainee pay : $200 per day
• Safety training pay : $15 per hour
• Holiday pay : $160 per day
