We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for one home clinic in the Bay Area. Candidates may select their preferred clinic from the list below - this is not a float or travel position. You will work in one dedicated location.

We are hiring for individual, full-time clinic-based roles - no travel between clinics is required.
Salary & Incentives
Hourly Pay : $35.00 - $40.00 (DOE)Monthly incentive bonus : Up to $2,500 / month (up to $32,500 / year)Sign-on bonus : Up to $5,000 (varies by location)Student loan reimbursement : Up to $25,000Total compensation potential : $95,000+ annually depending on experience, hours, and performanceWhat We Offer

Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PTImplement and progress individualized treatment plansProvide direct care to improve function, strength, and mobilityAccurately document patient care in EMRCollaborate with clinical team membersEnsure compliance with payer, federal, and state regulationsQualifications
Graduate of an accredited PTA programActive California PTA license (or eligibility)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsNew grads are welcome and encouraged to apply!About Us
