Position : Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location : 303 S Main St - Suite 215, Mishawaka IN 46544

Schedule : Monday-Friday two evenings per week

Compensation :   starting at $72,000 annual base commensurate with experience

Incentives : potential for $5000 sign on bonus and student relief program
