Job Summary :
The Accounting & Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting both the Accounting Department and general office operations at BIMTM. This person handles bookkeeping tasks, assists with accounts payable and receivable, supports payroll, and ensures accurate documentation and organization across systems.
We’re currently transitioning from Sage to Unanet ERP, so flexibility and curiosity are important. You’ll juggle multiple priorities, communicate across departments, and push for the information you need to keep things moving.

Requirements
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. Strong communication—comfortable asking questions and following up to get what’s needed. Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated. High attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup. Proficient in Excel and Smartsheet. 0–2 years of administrative or accounting experience preferred. Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks, or Unanet a plus.
