About The Position

📍 Location :  South Burlington, VT

🗓️ Start Date :  ASAP

⏱️ Schedule :  2 full-day clinic sessions / week, 3 weeks per month (8 AM–5 PM)

📞 On-Call :  No

🧑‍⚕️ Position Overview

A leading Orthopedics & Rehabilitation program is seeking a provider experienced in  botox treatment for spasticity . While a physiatrist is ideal, neurologists or anesthesiology-trained pain specialists with the required skillset are welcome to apply.

You will practice  independently  in an outpatient clinic setting, with  RN and MA support  and a  full patient schedule . No call, no OR, and no supervision required.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Administer  botox injections  for spasticity management

Provide care in an outpatient physiatry-focused environment

Manage a  full clinic schedule

Work independently with clinical support staff

📆 Scheduling Details

Two full-day clinic sessions per week (8 AM – 5 PM)

Three weeks per month

Flexible scheduling (AM & PM sessions available)

No call  responsibilities

• ️ Requirements

Board Certified  in Physiatry, Neurology, or Anesthesiology / Pain Medicine

Experience with  botox for spasticity

BLS  certification

Ability to  practice independently

Comfortable with a full outpatient load

💬 Additional Notes

The program is open to adjusting outpatient physiatry coverage if a provider with additional skills (such as EMGs) is identified. Providers matching the initial physiatry search criteria may also be considered.
