As a Clinical Therapist II at AgHope, you will play a pivotal role in our healthcare division, providing top-tier psychotherapy services, and contributing to our mission to promote mental health and overall well-being in the communities we serve. Provide individual, family, and group therapy to a diverse clientele, focusing on treating emotional, mental, and behavioral disorders. Develop and execute treatment plans that effectively address client needs and promote recovery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment, drawing on social, psychological, nursing, or other factors. Evaluate the effectiveness of counseling or treatments and the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses, modifying plans and diagnoses as necessary. Maintain confidentiality and records of client interactions, ensuring all records meet compliance with professional standards and regulations. Participate in ongoing education, research, and training to stay abreast of innovations and best practices in the field of mental health. Engage with the community through workshops and seminars to advocate mental health awareness and educate the public as part of AgHope's outreach initiatives. Expert knowledge in various therapeutic methods and modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. High sensitivity and respect for diversity and cultural differences. Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
