Maintenance Technician - Automation & Facilities

Locations : Flower Mound, TX | Kernersville, NC | Temecula, CA

Pay : $23–$32 / hr (Based on location and experience)

Join a leading distribution company where your mechanical and technical expertise keeps operations running smoothly. We’re looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of our automated Distribution Centers.

Whether it’s keeping conveyors moving, troubleshooting control systems, or ensuring workplace safety, you’ll play a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Maintenance & Technical Support Responsibilities :

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on conveyors, dock equipment, HVAC, lighting, and more
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Support automation systems : diagnose / reset faults, work with PLCs, sensors, HMIs
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve WMS, scanner, and other connected system issues
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and vendor-coordinated major repairs
  • Maintain technical documentation, schematics, and system records
  • Mount equipment, assemble workstations, and adjust / replace racking as needed
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols
  • Log all maintenance activity in CMMS
  • Support audits, inspections, and facility compliance efforts

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : 3+ years in warehouse or industrial maintenance (7+ years if no degree).
  • Skills : Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and interpreting technical diagrams.
  • Tech Knowledge : Familiar with basic control systems, PLCs, sensors, IP networking, and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Mindset : Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, self-starter, and safety-focused.

    • Preferred Skills :

    Experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center

    CMMS software experience (e.g., Fiix, Maintenance Connection)

    OSHA 10 or 30 certification

    Basic networking or IT knowledge

    Pay by Location

    Flower Mound, TX : $25–$30 / hr

    Kernersville, NC : $23–$28 / hr

    Temecula, CA : $25–$32 / hr

    Hours : Typically 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Full-time, onsite)
