Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Territory Business Manager to join our Sales team in Boston, MA and surrounding areas . The Territory Business Manager will originate new business by calling on medical and other businesses where our products and services have application, building relationships, and closing business. The successful candidate will have high energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Sales professionals with recent cold-calling experience and willingness to call and visit prospects daily are likely to be successful.

  • Lead generation and qualification through in-field activities, cold calls, targeted visits & telemarketing
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
  • Grow a pipeline to meet weekly / monthly / quarterly targets
  • Solicit new accounts, build rapport, and prepare presentations, quotations, and demonstrations
  • Utilize prospect database to target prospects, organize activities, and gather information
  • Pre-Plan and execute weekly sales activities and prospecting cadence
  • Participate in Trade Shows, Exhibitions, and Associations
  • Collaborate with other selling channels, service team, and company staff
  • Maintain prospect database accurately and consistently
  • Attend team meetings and follow established sales processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' B2B or outside sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Successful track record in achieving sales goals
  • Ability to make compelling presentations to medical offices
  • Experience in the medical field is preferred but not required
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage accounts within a region and utilize social media for prospecting
