Job description
Claims Processing : Perform professional, clinical, or technical competencies related to patient financial services.
Billing File Management : Confirm receipt of daily billing files by the claims clearinghouse.
Claim Rejections : Research and resolve claim rejections within the designated timeframes.
Issue Reporting : Report any claim rejection trends or delays to management.
Claims Submission : Submit paper claims and supporting documentation as required by payers.
Claims Management : Handle 1500 Claims and Denials with a daily target of managing 120 claims.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum :
1 year of Physician Claims experience, specifically with 1500 Claims and Denials.
Experience working in multiple computer systems (Cerner, Epic, and Claims Scrub systems).
Proficient typing skills and the ability to meet daily claims management targets.
Preferred :
2 years of Physician Accounting Experience Preferred.
