• 3 days per week with option to increase to 4 days, week on / week off scheduling
• Monday through Thursday 8am - 5pm
• Approximately 14 - 15 patients per shift
• Clinic only setting
• New consults and follow up appointments
• No procedures required
• Must be on-site coverage
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
