Special Equipment : CRRT, IABP, Impella,ECMO

16 beds with patients that include sepsis, ARDS, renal failure, heart failure, pre-vad workups, alcohol withdrawal, overdose, multi-organ failure, post cardiac arrest / targeted temperature management, respiratory failure / shock, CRRT, EKOS, IABP, ECMO, Impella nurse patient ratio 1 : 2 with occasional 1 : 1 based on acuity.
