In-Home Therapy is a strength-based therapeutic approach which focuses on treating the youth's behavioral health challenges to enable to them and their families to achieve stability and success in the community. In-Home Therapy Clinicians provide family therapy, psychoeducation, and crisis intervention and management using a trauma informed model of care, which is provided in their natural environment.

• Completing initial intakes and assessments
• Learn to develop SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Provide intensive home-based services
• Work collaboratively with a team of providers
