Job Description

Reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The A ccounts Payable / Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing invoices, payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring financial records are accurate. This position requires excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and writing skills. Exercises discretion, independent judgment will be expected to work evenings and weekends as the business schedule requires.

Responsibilities :

Accounts Payable :

• Receive, verify, code, and process vendor invoices and purchase orders.
• Ensure all invoices have proper approvals before payment.
• Process timely payments to vendors and manage vendor statements / files.
• Establish and maintain new vendor accounts.
• Reconcile accounts payable reports and identify and resolve discrepancies.
