As a STAFF NURSE , you'll play a vital role in overseeing your residents' daily care : medications, treatments, tube feedings, trach care, personal care, and always - plenty of love. You'll also accompany them to medical appointments, engage in community outings, or simply enjoy quiet moments on the patio.

You'll have a dedicated team, including a nurse manager, primary nurse, direct support staff, and 24 / 7 doctor on call - all working together to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications :

• Valid RN / LPN License in the state of PA; we also accept Compact licenses
• Minimum 2 years of tracheostomy and ventilator management experience, required
• Valid Driver's License, required
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred but not required
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
