Job Title :

Media system quality and product development engineer ( hybrid - onsite presence will be required 3 days per week (T, W, Th) at the Rochester Technology Park, Elmgrove location)

Position Summary

Kodak Alaris is looking for a self-motivated quality and product development engineer to support the Kodak Moments media and consumables development activities. Media is an integral part of the Kodak Moments worldwide photo printing business. This position is part of the R&D and manufacturing teams that develop and commercialize new products and implement changes to existing products. It is also a key participate in root cause analysis for manufacturing problems and customer complaints along with the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product development and manufacturing initiatives focused on thermal photo media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to design and execute experiments for product enhancements.
• Create test plans, analyze results, and present findings to support scale-up and commercialization of thermal media innovations.
• Partner with internal teams and external manufacturing vendors to drive product and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analyses and follow up on product nonconformance issues and customer complaints.
• Contribute to project work within the Kodak Moments inkjet, photo drinkware and other consumables product lines

Salary : $83,000 - $95,000 based on experience.
