We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) at Cleveland Community Care Center . In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Available Shifts : 7a-3p, 3p-11p, or 11p-7a

What You Bring to the Table :

Essential Qualifications :

• Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs.
• Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.
• Provides intervention as needed to provide a safe clean environment.
• Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit.
• Assists Licensed Staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment.
• Takes and records vital parameters as assigned. Assists with weekly and monthly weights as assigned.
• Records information on the electronic health record.
• Provides laundry care, housekeeping, and dining needs including assisting with activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Licensed Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
