Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to support its financial operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes Prepare and deliver GAAP-compliant financial statements and support month-end and year-end close processes Partner with financial teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking Required Qualifications 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment Expertise in QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets Deep understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities Experience with grant funding or Medicaid billing is a plus
