Job descriptionDiagnose and treat a variety of urologic conditions, including cancers, kidney stones, and urological disorders Perform surgical and non-surgical treatments using advanced techniques Provide comprehensive patient-centered care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited Urology residency program Board certified or board eligible in Urology Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Florida Strong clinical and surgical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Competitive compensation Supportive and collaborative work environment Access to advanced surgical technology and state-of-the-art facilities Opportunities for professional growth, including leadership and teaching roles Work-life balance with flexible scheduling options

Job Type : Full-Time
Salary : $400,000 - $500,000 per year
