Career Paths / Pay :

Level 1 : "Groundie" - $20-$22 / hr

Requirements : Driver's license, great attitude, physical strength, and stamina to work long hours in all weather conditions.

Basic Duties : Support aerial workers with rope operations, assist in trimming trees, dragging brush, hauling wood, maintaining clean job sites, planting trees and operating equipment like chippers.

Training Provided : Basic knots, job safety, communication skills, company software, tree identification, chainsaw operation, equipment handling, trailer backing, and proper loading technique. Advancement : 3-6 months to Level 2.

Level 2 : "Advanced Groundie"-$22-$24 / hr

Requirements : Class A CDL after 90 days, solid equipment handling skills, basic pruning, and tree-felling knowledge.

Basic Duties : Advanced equipment operation, rigging support, and stump grinding as well as everything listed in level 1.

Training Provided : Advanced knots, tree felling, rigging techniques, jobsite setup, and lift operation basics. Advancement : 3-6 months to Level 3.

Level 3 : Aerial Lift Operator / Climber - $24-$27 / hr

Requirements : Class A CDL, experience with spider lifts, intermediate rigging, and pruning skills. Climbing roles are selective.

Basic Duties : Intermediate lift operation, rigging, and pruning. Some aerial workers will become climbers.

Training Provided : Advanced rigging, pruning, leadership development, and preparation for arborist certification. Advancement : 6-12 months to Level 4.

Level 4 : Certified Arborist - Foreman / Sales - $27-$34 / hr

Requirements : Class A CDL, certified arborist credential, and leadership abilities.

Basic Duties : Lead a crew, ensure safety and productivity, inspire, and develop team members.

Continuous Learning : Rigging, climbing, pruning, cabling, leadership growth is limitless
