We are working with a company in the manufacturing industry seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and provide critical financial support to drive growth and operational excellence. This role plays a key part in strengthening financial controls, maximizing cash flow, and enhancing team efficiency. The Accounting Manager will work closely with regional and executive leadership.

This is a fully onsite position based in Austell, GA

Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly sales tax filings.
• Generate weekly and monthly financial reports as needed.
• Support annual audits, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and track capital expenditures.
• Manage core accounting functions including cash management, accounts receivable / payable, inventory, and accruals.
• Assess and enhance internal controls to ensure financial integrity.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, partnering with leadership to implement improvements.
• Provide support to the regional controller and CFO as required.
