Position Summary

The Occupational Therapist (OT) will provide skilled evaluation treatment and education to patients experiencing challenges with self-care mobility and daily living skills. The OT will work closely with patients families and the interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence and safety in accordance with licensure laws and professional standards.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
• Provide hands-on therapy focused on restoring function and maximizing independence
• Collaborate with families caregivers and other team members to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate professional documentation of services
• Offer training and education to facility staff in restorative and functional maintenance programs
• Contribute to a positive team-oriented environment
