Finance Integration Manager (multiple positions available)

Basking Ridge, NJ

RMA of New Jersey Complementary Care, LLC seeks Finance Integration Manager (multiple positions available) in Basking Ridge, NJ.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive financial and IT integration efforts within the organization.
  • Ensure a smooth transition and alignment of financial systems, processes, and policies during M&A activities, organic growth or significant organizational changes.
  • Responsible for financial integration of new units by collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess financial systems, processes, and reporting structures of acquired / new entities.
  • Develop and execute finance and IT integration plans to achieve seamless financial consolidation and alignment.
  • Evaluate and harmonize financial systems, such as the Business Intelligence software (SAP BI, Tableau, etc.) and Microsoft Navision, to support financial reporting and analysis.
  • Identify and implement financial and IT process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure that financial policies, procedures, and controls are standardized and aligned across the organization.
  • Develop and implement new financial policies as needed to meet integration objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition for finance and IT teams and stakeholders and communicate integration progress and updates to key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with financial service providers, consultants, and software vendors to support integration goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements as necessary.
  • Up to 20% telecommuting permitted per week.
  • Up to 45% domestic travel and up to 5% international travel required.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Finance Integration Manager, Financial Services Manager, Financial, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, or related occupation.
  • This position requires 5 years of experience with : Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, complex formulas including XLookup, working with large data sets from different databases, analyzing data and making recommendations to senior management; financial processes including month-end closing, accrual accounting, allowance method, and revenue cycle management; and financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • This position requires 4 years of experience with : financial processes including US GAAP.
  • This position requires 3 years of experience with : ERP systems such as Navision or related system; IT integrations including patient financial services and accounting; leading healthcare integration projects within the fertility industry; project management including healthcare M&A integration within the fertility industry; navigating organization transitions within the fertility industry; healthcare practice management software Intergy; overseeing the transition of Electronic Medical Records and Patient Financial Services during M&A activity; and leading month-end close for consolidated financial statements including intercompany transactions, intercompany elimination, intercompany loans, and intercompany balance reconciliation.
  • This position requires 2 years of experience with : working with a multi-national / multi entity employer; consolidating financials; transactions with related parties such as headquarter fees; and compiling, organizing, and analyzing financial data, producing recurring P&L (profit and loss) reviews, and helping define the correct computational framework and management cadence for Key Performance Indicator ("KPI") benchmarking to prevent operational bottlenecks, and improve institutional analysis.
  • This position requires 1 year of experience with : financial systems including Quickbooks or similar system; and handling large scale acquisitions in the fertility industry.
  • Up to 20% telecommuting permitted per week.
  • Up to 45% domestic travel and up to 5% international travel required.
  • Salary : $153,300 - $155,000 per year.
