Location : Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin

FTE : 1.0 - Full-time

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS :

  • Outpatient only with 1 : 14 telephone call only
  • Open to four or five days per week
  • Opportunity to quickly build a full practice; an average of 16-20 patients / day
  • On-site lab, CT, radiology, and ultrasound
  • In-house, visiting, and community specialties include GS, Walk-In, OBGYN, Pediatrics, Endocrinology, Nephrology, Allergy, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Neurology, Behavioral Health, Cancer Care, and Cardiology
  • Modern, State-of-the-art, green facility
