Volt is immediately hiring for Material Clerks  in Carson, CA.

As a  Material Clerk  you will :

• Receive and process incoming parts and materials accurately and efficiently.
• Stock inventory in designated areas; label and manage back-orders.
• Pick and kit parts for Manufacturing Orders (MO) and Customer Orders (CO).
• Perform all logistics transactions in the business system (Movex), including part issuance, receipts, credits, and scrap.
• Deliver materials to internal departments as required.
• Package items for shipment and operate FEDEX / UPS shipping systems.
• Participate in cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Utilize barcode scanners and various measuring and weighing tools.
• Operate forklift and cherry picker to access materials stored at heights (up to 24 ft).
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a Full-Time  opportunity.

Schedule : Monday - Friday - 6 am to 2 : 30 pm

The ideal candidate will have :

Pay Rate : $18.00 per hour
