We are looking for a Restoration Technician who will play a pivotal role in providing restoration and mitigation services. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, youll be responsible for dispatching and providing restoration services to clients. Your hands-on approach will ensure that quality restoration activities are executed, with a focus on exceptional customer service and rapid response times. Responsibilities :

• Respond to emergency calls and scheduled work calls.
• Assess damage to properties.
• Operate specialized equipment for water extraction, dehumidification, drying, and air purification.
• Clean and sanitize affected areas, preventing further damage and ensuring safety.
• Remove and replace damaged materials, such as drywall, flooring, and insulation.
• Restore contents and personal belongings, utilizing various cleaning and restoration techniques.
• Document the restoration process thoroughly, including taking photos, compiling reports, record equipment readings and perform moisture mapping.
• Interact with clients professionally and compassionately, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Safely operate company vehicles obeying all traffic laws and company policies.
• Clean and disinfect equipment.
• Maintain shop.
