User Experience Engineer

A company is looking for a User Experience Engineer. Key Responsibilities : Plan and design UX studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define research needs Conduct usability testing activities, including participant recruitment and moderation of testing sessions Collect, analyze, and report research data to provide actionable insights for product development Required Qualifications : 2+ years of experience in user research, particularly usability testing Experience with both in-person and remote user research studies Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Excellent moderation skills for conducting research sessions Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field is preferred
