Location : Onsite, 5 days a week in Las Vegas Overview : We're seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Designer to support enterprise-level design initiatives. This role requires someone who excels in user-centered design practices, prototyping, and has a track record of working in fast-paced technology or consulting environments. The ideal candidate will be located in the Las Vegas area and available to work onsite full-time. Key Qualifications : 8+ years of experience in UX / product design, preferably within enterprise or B2B environments Strong background in user-centered design and usability principles Proficient in prototyping and modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Axure) Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design patterns, and visual design Ability to tell compelling design stories and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience developing design systems and frameworks Portfolio showcasing complex design projects across web and / or mobile platforms Degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (BFA / MFA / B.Des. or equivalent) Experience in design research and applying data to inform design is a plus Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end design processes from concept to execution Translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development and design standards Stay current with emerging tools, trends, and methodologies in UX and product design Use product data and market insights to inform design decisions and uncover opportunities Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Design, Product Management, and Information Technology Industries Technology, Information and Media, IT System Design Services, and IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Synergy Interactive by 2x Get notified about new User Experience Designer jobs in Las Vegas, NV .
