Job descriptionBuild and automate data integration processes using Data Management, EPM Agent and ETL tools, integrating data from multiple ERPs (e.g., Oracle EBS ). Lead the design and implementation of Oracle FCCS solutions, focusing on financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes. Develop complex consolidation rules, including intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and minority interest, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, Cash Flow and other statutory standards. Collaborate with finance, audit, and external reporting teams to ensure smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Architect and optimize financial consolidation models, ensuring accuracy and scalability in large financial environments. Develop financial reports, dashboards, and custom solutions using Oracle Smart View, FR Studio, and other reporting tools. Manage security and access controls within FCCS, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Optimize FCCS performance and handle administrative tasks such as security configuration, system tuning, and managing user roles. Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot reconciliation issues during the consolidation and close cycles. Solution Design : Architect and configure FCCS solutions tailored to the organization's financial consolidation and reporting needs. Data Integration : Implement the integration of financial data sources into the FCCS environment, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Configuration and Customization : Implement necessary configurations and customize FCCS functionalities to align with business processes and requirements. Testing and Validation : Conduct thorough testing of FCCS configurations, including data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure readiness for deployment. Training and Documentation : Develop comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of FCCS. Support and Optimization : Provide ongoing support post-implementation, monitor system performance, and recommend optimizations to enhance functionality and user experience.

Education and Experience »
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- 12+ years of experience in financial consolidation and close solutions (FCCS).
- Experience managing large-scale financial consolidation projects, handling complex global structures with multiple entities and currencies.
- Demonstrate expertise in Oracle FCCS system administration, including handling upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with finance, audit, and IT teams.
