What You'll Do :

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
  • Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
  • Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
  • Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings. The Sales Manager is responsible for
  • Generate sales growth and customer satisfaction through inspired leadership of the sales team.
  • As a Sales Manager, you lead with a "we" versus "me" mindset and are known to be an expert listener.

    • Sales Managers are expected to do this by setting an optimistic mood on the sales floor, always finding ways to motivate your team and by developing their skills as sales professionals.

    Job Type : Full-time (40 hours weekly)

    Position : Non-Exempt / Hourly

    Training Rate : $17 - $20hr

    Post Training Pay : Continuous base pay of $16.66 PLUS uncapped commission!
