The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of ICU experience. First-timers are accepted. Weekend availability is required. Travelers may float within the scope of their practice based on facility needs. The unit handles various patient scenarios including trauma-surgical, neurosurgical, and complex wound care. The daily census is expected to be around nine patients with a ratio that aligns with facility standards. Support services include IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams.
