Our store is 1,500 square feet, with home and gift products in the front and apparel, shoes, and jewelry in the back. A typical day is staffed with three people who work seamlessly together to create a calm, connected experience.

The customers are the best part of ROAM—they’re kind, generous, and make visiting the store part of their weekly routine. We manage a client list ofFave Babesand VIPs, host give-back parties for their favorite charities, and center every day around providing a hosted experience.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Store Director to lead our Preston Royal ROAM location. This role oversees the store’s business, culture, and leadership development—partnering with Joyville’s Owner, Director of Stores, Buyers, and Marketing to create an elevated, joyful, and high-performing environment.

You’ll manage a team of one full-time manager, a part-times sales team, and lead three key pillars of the business :
