Spurling J Cook sr. - State Farm Agency, located in Raleigh, NC, has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Must have an active Property and Casualty and / or Life and Health Insurance license (and the willingness to obtain the other if you currently only have one) to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
