Job description

• Wash all pots, dishes, silverware.
• Organize all clean utensils and dishes. Keep work areas clean and sanitary at all times.
• Clean dish machine throughout shift.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor as needed.
• Empty and clean garbage containers.
• Keep loading dock clean. At end of shift, drain and clean dish machine.
• Inventory all chemicals and write down on chemical par sheet.
• Assist Kitchen management with any other tasks that maybe assigned.
• Help rotate and put away food orders.
