Fogelman is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for Appling Lakes Apartments, a 312-unit community located in the in Cordova, TN. The ideal candidate is experienced with HVAC, plumbing & electrical, HVAC certified, honest, a team player, and provides exemplary customer service skills.

SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance service requests and repairs to the buildings and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor while providing excellent customer service to our residents.
