Position Overview

Coverage : 1 / 19 / 26 9 / 21 / 26

Schedule : 24-hour Cath Lab / STEMI call; 1 week per month

Call Ratio : 1 : 4

Response Time : Must be onsite within 20 minutes of call

Setting : Trauma Level III Hospital

Facility : Will accept multiple providers

Patient Volume : 26 patients per shift (Cath Lab)

Patient Assignments : Assigned and unassigned patients

EMR System : Epic

Clinical Expectations

Provide 24-hour STEMI and interventional call coverage

Perform emergent and elective interventional cardiology procedures

Manage Impella device placement and management

Preference given to candidates proficient in PE (Pulmonary Embolism) treatments

Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac team to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements

Board Certification : Interventional Cardiology Required

Fellowship : Required

Active Washington License : Required (IMLC Accepted)

ACLS Certification : Required

Experience with Impella Devices : Required

PE Treatment Experience : Preferred
