DME Follow-up / Collections Representative - Miramar, FL

Prestige Staffing has been tasked by one of our best clients to find Medical Insurance Follow-up Representatives to interview and go to work ASAP! Candidate must be hard working and a self-starter. If you want the opportunity to work in a rewarding and dynamic environment, this is your chance. This is a temp to perm position.

Pay

$20-22 / hr.

Location

Onsite : Miramar, FL

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of insurance guidelines, including HMO / PPO, Medicare, and state Medicaid
• Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
• Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount
• Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
• Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances
• All accounts are to be reviewed for insurance or patient follow-up
