Position Overview :

• Job Title :  Floating Groundskeeper
• Salary :  $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Schedule :  Tuesday - Saturday; 8am - 5pm

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated  Floating Groundskeeper  to join our team at  Townfair Apartments  (265 units) and  Mountain High Apartments  (112 units), two conventional apartment communities located in  Gresham, OR.  As a part of a community-focused team, you will play a vital role in serving residents with care and taking pride in maintaining the property to the highest standards. This position ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal.
